Companies are rapidly adopting Agile and DevOps, which is great!

But there’s a common debate about how Agile and DevOps are different and which is best.

Agile started as a solution for the challenges with traditional software development models like the waterfall model. It combats software development challenges like a lack of cross-functional team collaboration, delayed error identification, and lower quality software.

On the other hand, DevOps can be treated as an extension of Agile with the addition of automation technology to speed up the software development process. However, it is not the same as Agile and can’t replace it.
