Test Procedure & Results for MyRecover
Now, we’re going to officially start testing. You’ll see the entire test, what features are available, how they work, how fast they are, and whether or not they were successful. Before starting, we download this free data recovery software from its official website and install on our computer.
In the test, we deleted two PNG images using the Shift + Deleted keys first to make your data recovery more difficult. Then, open MyRecover. All available disk drives are listed here. Select the drive containing deleted files for scanning.
It started with a Quick scan and then Deep scan to find all the recoverable files on the disk. The scanning process was quite fast, taking only 5 minutes for about 100GB data. During the process, we used the search, filter and preview feature to identify the deleted two images. Type .png in the search box and select Image file type in the Filter option. You can also set date modified or size if you know it.
After confirming the two deleted PNG image files, we ticked them and clicked the recover button to see if it is able to recover them successfully. Finally, it asked us again to select a location for the desired files.
After a few seconds, it said it was successful and we clicked on the recovery path to check them. It keeps the data recovery with original folder structure. The images do not lose any quality.
As a result, MyRecover found the two deleted PNG images and recovered them successfully in a few minutes. You can try it if you are experiencing any data loss, such as, deleted or lost pictures, documents (eg: recover wps file), videos, compressed files, etc.
Conclusion
MyRecover is a worth trying free recovery software for Windows 7, 8, 10, 11, etc., and Windows Servers. It applies to accidental deletion, disk formatting, virus infection, system crashes, and more data loss scenarios and has a high success rate.
